At Catalyst, we offer a number of different training options, including initial training as part of your site setup, Project Manager training, elective Certified Training programs, live customized programs and a wide variety of web and voice recordings. Certified Programs

Our certified programs include CR Certified Trainer, CR Certified Reviewer, Certified Review Manager, Certified Search, Certified Project Manager and Certified Demonstrator. These program all vary in length and purpose but all conclude with an examination. Re-certification is required every year for our certified programs. Partner Training

Training our partners on how to best use, manage and sell our software is an important part of our business. We offer weekly partner trainings on a variety of topics. We also offer Partner Project Manager Training. More information on these programs can be found using the links to the right.

General Training

We also offer general product training that can be done one-on-one or with your whole team. Our product training includes courses for CR users, administrators, review managers and project managers.
