Quick Hits

The Catalyst Quick Hits Program is designed to provide rapid response for client requests that are relatively easy to fulfill but need to be done quickly. These include things like user management, form changes, site adjustments and the like.

In the past, we took requests in the order received. As a result, certain requests (which could be done quickly and easily) might get delayed as we handled other, more complicated requests already in the queue.

To better serve our clients, we created a special team to handle Quick Hits on an expedited basis. Team members are trained and certified for each of the Quick Hits tasks they handle. Their job is to address these requests as quickly as they come in and get them done that same day.

We charge for these services on the same basis as we do for other requests, but we do not impose rush fees for Quick Hits.

What are Quick Hits?

The Quick Hits list is expanding, but we started with a number of the most frequent requests we receive:

  • Adding users or changing user rights
  • Modifying forms or adding existing fields to a form
  • Adding fields to folder focus
  • Adding fields to the bulk update utility
  • Setting up new sites that do not involve customization

Our Goal

Our goal is to complete these requests the same day they are received--within the hour in many cases. Our commitment is to complete all Quick Hit requests within 24 hours from when they are received. What this means is better service to you and your users.
