Melanie McHenryMelanie McHenry, Director of Client Services

Melanie has worked in litigation support since 2002. Prior to joining Catalyst, she worked as a Litigation Support Analyst at Winston & Strawn and Project Coordinator at Marshall, Gerstein & Borun, two large Chicago-based law firms. She has managed numerous complex cases and will be happy to assist with search and review strategy .

Melanie was a member and served on the Board of the Chicago Association of Litigation Support Managers. She received her Master’s in Computer Science from DePaul University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin.



Tracy McMahonTracy McMahon, Senior Project Consultant

Tracy began working in litigation technology in 1998 and brings her extensive experience to the Catalyst team. Tracy’s experience spans all aspects of the legal process from court reporting to law firms, working for technology companies such as RealLegal, LLC and Esquire Deposition Services.

She has spoken at various legal technology events, including the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association and National Court Reporting Association.



Chad SchwarzChad Schwarz, Senior Project Consultant

Chad was a practicing attorney who began working in litigation support in 2002. Prior to joining Catalyst, Chad supervised and managed review teams for a Houston-based law firm. Chad works closely with major clients to help them streamline discovery and improve the overall effectiveness of review teams.

Chad received his JD from South Texas College of Law in Houston and his BA from Southern Methodist University.




Adam BarrAdam Barr, Project Consultant

Adam has worked in litigation support since 2002. Prior to joining Catalyst, Adam worked as a Senior Technology and Trial Consultant at FTI Consulting in Chicago. His experience includes implementing review workflows, configuring casebooks and developing custom SQL quires and reports. He regularly assists clients with troubleshooting and developing custom solutions to suit any situation.

Adam received his BS in business administration from Texas Christian University and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Software Engineering at DePaul University.



Abdel BasheerAbdel Basheer, Project Consultant

Abdel has worked in Information Systems since 2002 and joined Catalyst as an Application Support Technician. His technical background and experience with Catalyst technologies and workflow helps him excel as a Project Consultant.

Prior to Joining Catalyst, Abdel worked as a Reporting Analyst for a financial services company. Abdel received his BS in Computer Information Systems from Bellevue University and his Master's in Database Technologies from Regis University.




Tony BondTony Bond, Project Consultant

Tony began working in litigation support in 2008, when he joined Catalyst as a Processing & Productions Analyst. Since joining the company, Tony has worked in several departments, gaining broad experience that gives him a unique understanding of client needs.  After starting on the technical side of the company, Tony joined the client support department as a Project Specialist. There, he researched and performed troubleshooting and acted as a liaison among clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Today, his background and experience with Catalyst's technologies and workflow help him excel as a Project Consultant.  Tony regularly consults with clients on their review workflow needs and production requirements.


Tony earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from San Diego State University.


Rebecca CamersonRebecca Cameron, Project Consultant

Rebecca began working in electronic discovery and litigation support in 2003. Prior to joining Catalyst, Rebecca managed electronic discovery engagements for Fortune 100 companies and AmLaw 50 firms as a Project Manager for Ibis Consulting, a Pitney Bowes Company and The MCS Group. She specializes in providing recommendations for searching, review strategy, and data culling techniques.

Rebecca provides project consultation for engagements from the initial scoping to final delivery and is a member of the Boston chapter of Women in e-Discovery.



Maria FraticelliMaria Fraticelli, Project Consultant

A litigation support professional since 2005, Maria has managed complex e-Discovery projects and coordinated global project teams. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for designing projects and review workflows as well as for improving processes to help her clients reduce their costs. Prior to joining Catalyst, Maria was the principal project manager for Iron Mountain, formerly Stratify, where she consulted with clients on collection, processing, review workflow, and document production. At Catalyst, Maria takes a consultative and creative approach to helping her clients complete projects and meet deadlines.

Maria graduated summa cum laude with her bachelor of science degree in marketing from Johnson & Wales University in Providence.


Kate GoffKate Goff, Project Consultant

Kate has been in Litigation Support since 2005. Prior to joining Catalyst, she held Client Services and Project Management positions at Ibis Consulting, a Pitney Bowes Company. Kate has extensive experience with project management and technical consultation on electronic discovery matters, including large-scale civil matters, criminal investigations, and compliance matters

Kate earned her JD with honors from William and Mary School of Law and her BA from the University of Arizona.




Meghan HartwellMeghan Hartwell, Project Consultant

Having worked in litigation support since 2004, Meghan specializes in assisting Catalyst clients with the design and implementation of their review workflow. Prior to joining Catalyst, she worked at Esquire Litigation Solutions as a Project Manager, where she designed review workflows, strategized with clients on production options, and managed all case activities. Meghan’s experience also extends into the law firm setting where she managed litigation support projects at Seyfarth Shaw LLP.

Meghan earned her BS degree in management from Bridgewater State College and her Paralegal Certificate from Northeastern University.



Michael HastingsMichael Hastings, Project Consultant

Michael began working in client and customer support in 2000 and brings that experience to his role as a Project
Consultant. Prior to joining Catalyst, Michael worked as a Senior Account Executive at Golden State Overnight where he directed client services for government accounts. Throughout his career, he has directed operations at several highly demanding customer service facilities with Innotrac Fulfillment Solutions, E-Trade Financial, and Comcast Cable Television.

Michael received his AS in Paralegal Studies from MTI College, his BA from California State University, and his Master’s in Legal Administration from the University of Denver.



Jon KellerJon Keller, Project Consultant

Jon has worked in litigation support since 2005. Prior to joining Catalyst, Jon worked as a Project Manager and Discovery Consultant for Falcon Discovery. His experience includes creating privilege and redaction logs, drafting discovery responses, and constructing case management strategies. Jon also has his own legal practice specializing in pro-bono criminal defense, and worked as the General Counsel for a commercial development company where he oversaw a multi-million dollar refinance, negotiated and closed several multi-million dollar real estate purchases, and negotiated and drafted lease agreements involving large anchor tenants.

Jon earned his JD from the University of Oklahoma, and his BS in Finance from Oklahoma State University.


Colette LehotayColette Lehotay, Project Consultant

Colette has worked in the Litigation Support field since 1996. Prior to joining Catalyst, Colette worked as a Senior Litigation Technology Specialist for Day Pitney LLP. Her experience includes consulting with legal teams on case management strategies. Over the years, Colette has worked with various litigation support technology applications including managing scanning projects and ESI processing. She also has supported trials and has presented at many arbitrations, mediations, and trials over the years.

Colette was a member and also served on the board of East Coast Association of Litigation Support Manager (ECALSM), and has spoken at various legal technology events, including ILTA.



Julie MitchellJulie Mitchell, Project Consultant

Julie began working in litigation support in 1991 and specialized in supporting complex civil litigation, insurance and class action litigation. She has extensive experience in litigation environments and an understanding of litigation processes, electronic data, and of the use of technology to support litigation efforts. Prior to joining Catalyst, Julie worked at law firms across the country including Holland & Hart, Foley & Lardner and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Julie received her AA in Paralegal Studies from the Community College of Denver and her BA summa cum laude from the University of Colorado.



Tate NelsonTate Nelson, Project Consultant

With a career in litigation support that started in 1993, Tate’s experience spans a wide range of roles at litigation technology companies and AmLaw 100 firms. He has managed countless document-intensive litigation projects consisting of document coding, imaging, and electronic discovery. Most recently, he was the client technology services case manager at Faegre & Benson, and the litigation technology analyst at Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells). At Catalyst, Tate regularly consults with clients on the review process that will best fit the needs of the matter at hand.

Tate earned his bachelor of science degree in communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder.



Niki TimmonsNiki Timmons, Project Consultant

With a background in computer science, Niki has worked in legal technology since 2004.  She uses her deep technical knowledge to help her clients solve complex problems from building custom search queries and mapping custom metadata load files to providing custom workflows for review teams. Prior to joining Catalyst, Niki was a senior project manager at Autonomy (Stratify) where she managed large scale e-Discovery projects and regularly worked on productions to the SEC and DOJ. Earlier in her career, Niki did forensic collection and analysis at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she conducted forensic data collections across the US.

Niki earned her Bachelor of Computer Science from Ohio University and was an Engineering and Technology Robe’s Scholar..



Tiffany TrudnowskiTiffany Trudnowski, Project Consultant

Tiffany specializes in providing recommendations on review strategy for Catalyst clients and consulting with them on the best use of Catalyst CR for their matter. Tiffany has worked in litigation support since 2005. Prior to joining Catalyst, she was a Project Manager at DiscoveryWorks Global, an e-Discovery, document review, court reporting, and trial presentation provider. While there, she managed various phases of the discovery process for national multi-million dollar litigations and ensured that projects were completed successfully, on time and on budget.

Tiffany earned her BA degree from Fordham University.
