Catalyst offers a full range of processing capabilities and services to support our repository products.
Fast Track Processing is our automated system for processing native
files and loading them into Catalyst CR. With Fast Track, users can
submit email and other electronic files directly into Catalyst CR. Our
automated system will process, load and index the files and make them
available for search, review and production in Catalyst CR.
The process is simple. Start with native files of any type - email
collections (Exchange, Notes, Outlook Express, MBOX), Office files,
PDFs, images, photos, text files, etc. Bundle them by custodian into one
or more ZIP or RAR container files. Then FTP them to Fast Track. That's
all there is to it.
You can also send us hard drives or other magnetic media containing
the files you want to have processed. All we ask is that custodian data
be segregated in individual folders.
