As part of our business, Catalyst regularly receives electronic files from clients, partners and other collection vendors for processing and loading into Catalyst CR. We know that our clients expect us to handle their data carefully, maintain a "chain of custody" of data while in our possession and, ultimately, keep it secure during that period.
