Electronic file handling and processing are a key part of the electronic discovery process and an integral part of preparing files for loading into Catalyst CR.
As part of our business, Catalyst regularly receives electronic files from clients, partners, and other collection vendors for processing and loading into Catalyst CR. We know that our clients expect us to handle their data carefully, maintain a "chain of custody" of data while in our possession, and, ultimately, keep it secure during that period.
