Catalyst staffs its Processing & Productions Department in accordance with the following schedule:

• Sunday through Friday: 7 am to 3 am (the next day) Mountain Time
• Saturday: 7 am to 6 pm Mountain Time
  

We provide primary staffing between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm MT Monday through Friday. We provide staffing at lighter levels for all other hours. Because weekend coverage is lighter than weekdays, we ask that you notify us about weekend requests on Friday before 2 pm MT. We can then give you a fair estimate of when your work will be completed based on the current workload.

Rush or special staffing charges may apply depending on individual circumstances.

Please note that there are additional steps required before data that is processed or produced is available for use by our clients. For example, after processing, data needs to be loaded and indexed in Catalyst CR before it is accessible to your team. You should discuss a comprehensive schedule with your Project Manager to make sure our deliveries meet your needs.
