Guidelines for Preparing and Transmitting Data

We are happy to work with you to create special load file schemas for your matter. If we do so, we ask that you deliver data in a consistent and approved load file. That way we can load your data quickly and with fewer mistakes.

When we receive your first upload, we create a semi-automated template to speed up subsequent loads. If subsequent deliveries match the template, we can load the data quickly using a semi-automated process.

If the load file deviates in any fashion, the automated procedures will no longer work. At that point you can either resubmit a corrected load file or pay our technicians on an hourly basis to conform it to your site template.

Data Transfer Log

For every custom transmittal of data, we ask that you submit a Data Transfer Log. This will allow us to confirm that we have received the data you intended to send us and provides a check point we can reference during loading.
