Welcome to the first issue of the Catalyst Training Bulletin. As participants of the Certified Training, Search, Project Management or Review programs, we want to keep you appraised of the updates that the Catalyst Training Team has to offer. We will be sending this bulletin to you quarterly. We will include what’s new, what’s offered, helpful hints, tips and tricks and other information.
If your CRCT Certificate has been around a while, stay tuned for an email from us asking you to re-certify. The Catalyst CR Certified Trainer Re-Certification 2010 – 2011 is being launched this month. You will receive notification from Catalyst Training about how to register. The course will cover the changes that have taking place in CR since this CRCT program began. There were a lot of changes. Don’t worry though, the exam process contains only one exam.
We have over 300 people who have gone through this program and more and more are taking it every day. See the companies who have participated here:

Make sure to go to our Support Site to find the current versions of all documents that you use as a PM working with Catalyst. (e.g. Setup Workbook, Processing Guide) Why? We update them frequently, so it’s better to take them directly from our Support Site than downloading them onto your own computer. You may have an older version and we want you to be up to date.
More and more Catalyst users are becoming Search Certified. We recently announced that AnyText searching now supports “near” (proximity) searching. The syntax is a bit different, so make sure you know how it works.
